Due to specifying 14 as the width of the datatype TIMESTAMP, the table creation
fails with the following output:

DBD::mysql::st execute failed: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the
manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to
use near '(14) NOT NULL,PRIMARY KEY  (labelid)' at line 5 at
/usr/share/koha/intranet/cgi-bin/installer/data/mysql/update22to30.pl line
3165.

Additional Info: Encountered while moving a Koha 2.2.5 db to 3.14 and MySQL
4.1.11
 to MySQL 5.5.35-0+wheezy1
