QA issues:

- The patch only changes prog, not bootstrap
- "Call Number" is incorrectly capitalized. 

If we want to avoid custom XSLT the compromise would be to add markup and
classes to the XSL so that the these snippets of text can be styled and/or
hidden as desired:

- Wrap the individual library lines in a span which can be made 
  "display:block" in custom CSS.

- Wrap the "cal number" text in a span which is hidden by default in the CSS.
  Use custom CSS to show it.
