There are still issues with different currencies in "Amount to pay:" box.
Previous is fixed, so there are new bugs :)
1/ For EUR and many other currencies, decimal separator is comma not dot. When
page is loaded everything looks fine, but after any checkbox change, when
amount is recalculated by javascript decimal part is cut off. Also for PLN,
initial value in amount to pay box is ended with "PLN" chars. 
2/ Not bug, but it would be nice to display title for manual created invoice,
of course when barcode is filled. Now on Pay Fines page, only description and
notes for manual fines are displayed. 

3/ In OPAC: after expanding payment details there are many undefined value, I'm
not sure if this should be empty or values aren't fetched properly?

I'll attach some screens if something is unclear :)
Nb. UTF-8 encoding from screens is IIRC, some other bug.
