If I just apply the patches for this bug (11559) and do not do anything about
pazpar2, I get an error just by switching to the Rancor editor (in an overlay
on the page):

    Internal search error
    Error: HTTP response not OK: 404 - Not Found
    Please refresh the page and try again.

I understand that I need pazpar2 for the Z39.50 search, but it seems like it
would be nice to have the editor work without the pazpar2 stuff. 

Also, the error is saved in the "Message log" which covers up the subfield part
of the humanMsgLog at the bottom of the screen.
