Hi Mirko, 

I'm pretty happy that everything here works, and the code looks good. However,
I would like to have some clear reasoning behind why your adding these specific
indexes?  Mostly because, to me it's not clear how they are usful (I'm sure
they are.. but some context is always good).

Could you comment on this, and perhaps ammend your commit message to include
some examples of where the indexes are usefull?
