this is a mistake, libmarc-record-perl is not into community repository ; it's
a dependancy.

I propose to set in C4/Installer/PerlDependencies.pm the min_ver to 2.0.3
instead of 2 for MARC::Record

I propose to add the 2.0.3 version deb package into community repository for
all squeeze users
