I just rechecked this bug on four different up-to-date browsers (Mac Chrome,
Mac Firefox, PC Chrome, PC Firefox), and the original report still holds true
on all four browsers. The Edit menu option Replace Record via Z39.50 works only
from the catalogue/detail.pl page. The Edit menu option Replace Record via
Z39.50  no longer works from the 
*catalogue/MARCdetail.pl
*catalogue/ISBDdetail.pl
*catalogue/moredetail.pl 

pages. When you click the Replace Record via Z39.50 option on these other
pages, no new window pops up for the Z39.50 search window. 

I'm reopening this bug.
