Alas, the problem appears to be with ICU indexing. 

Wajasu provided some links which makes it seem like there might not be a way to
get Zebra facets to work when using ICU indexing...

Yet, I swear that Paul Poulain was using ICU indexing and was able to make use
of the :0 index type to get around this very problem.

I've tried adding Title:0 to record.abs and biblio-koha-indexdefs.xml, but to
no avail. 

Happy to hear from Paul or Jared if they have any ideas on this one...
