I can't sign off on this.  I tested memberentry.pl, and the class is not added:

<input type="submit" value="Save" onclick="return check_form_borrowers();"
name="save">

mancredit.pl also fails:

<input type="submit" value="Add credit" name="add">

It does not look like the jquery is applying the modification.
