Jesse,

Could you please:
- execute db dependent unit tests into a transaction.
- change the prototype for routines in C4::Calendar with more than 1 parameter
(using hashref).
- remove unused routines in Koha::Calendar (at least single_holidays).

Do you think this patch should be integrated into 3.16 or it is useless and it
could be wait for the next release (since bug 8133 is not ready yet)?
