All 4 dates are now set automatically on creating a subscription and updated on
renewal. I think this covers this bug report, so closing the bug fixed.

Note: I am not entirely sure populating those fields with the same date is the
originally intended behaviour - but there are other bug reports about the
manual history that will be a better place to discuss behaviour.
