1) still needs ca 100 '| html_entity' to be added in various templates (just
kidding, only 10 or so ;)
2) it's not plack compatible ("Variable "$additional_fields" will not stay
shared at /home/koha/devkohaclone/serials/subscription-add.pl line 439") - I
guess it's just a typo in:

   sub insert_additional_fields {
       my ( $additional_fiels, $biblionumber, $subscriptionid ) = @_;
