I don't know if the attached patch is functional in any way--it was attached as
a .docx Word document, which doesn't make any kind of sense. The "patch" looks
like it was made against an older version of Koha, so even if you could pull
out the changes you'd have to re-implement the solution.

Anyway, the offered solution relies on a Flash file, and there's no way a Flash
dependency is going to get into Koha. Perhaps it would work as a local
customization.
