Bug 11559 - New libraries for Rancor

Adds the following JS libraries:

  * CodeMirror - extensible text editor
  * FileSaver - shim for saving files
  * pz2 - library for connecting to pazpar2
  * require - dependency resolver and module loader

(That last comment actually applies to this commit, which no longer includes
the lightbox and hotkeys libraries. The previous commit no longer makes changes
to use XSLT.)
