Hm, I haven't run into that problem - we'll probably need to wait for Jesse :( 

Do MARC21 targets work for you? I tested with 3 active targets: LOC, SWB and
BNF. The other thing that might be missing is something in the setup of PazPar2
- did you see my notes?
