Just fixed these two issues.

Attached the patch to remove search for now; as the editor no longer attempts
to contact pazpar2 at all, this patch should no longer depend on bug 10486.

Also, you should be able to switch to addbiblio.pl using the Settings menu in
the editor; it should also default to the old editor unless you have a cookie
indicating otherwise.
