This patch series should be accompanied by an update to authorities/merge.pl
for two reasons:

[1] Why change the return of C4::AuthoritiesMarc::merge if the return value is
going to be thrown away?
[2] authorities/merge.pl has a call to DelAuthority, but that would be made
redundant by this patch series.
