I worked with Benjamin last week to try and recreate this, but we did not find
a solution. We were both on Ubuntu 14.04, with the same setup and the same
versions of important modules. Benjamin's templates were broken and mine were
not. The only difference was that I had cloned the code from
git.koha-community.org and Benjamin had cloned from some mirror (due to
firewall restrictions).
