I can walk you through testing if your willing... 

There an open IdP, https://openidp.feide.no/, in germany that allows
registering of accounts for testing service providers.  It'll give you a login
to koha via your google identity through feide's idp service.

Shout on IRC if you want some guidance on how to work through it, but we're now
at a point where most of it is documented and feide provide the ability to
test, and I'd love to get someone's opinion on what doc I've written so far.
