For example:

cancelorder.tt:          <input type="submit" class="approve" value="Yes,
cancel" accesskey="y" />
cancelorder.tt:          <input type="submit" class="deny" value="No, don't
cancel" accesskey="n" onclick="window.location='[% referrer %]';return false;"
/>

After translating the buttons, the access keys do not reflect the button texts.
