Test plan:
1) Go to url 'intranet-tmpl/prog/en/modules/catalogue/itemsearch.tt' line 363
and check the typo "_ matches only a single charcter" and change for _ matches
only a single character
2) Apply the patch
3) Repeat step 1 and chek if the typo is fixed
