As I said in Bug 13269, all of the 5xx data is dumped into the descriptions tab
without any parsing at all. That is, Koha doesn't examine which tag is which
when being displayed.

In order to make this work you'd have to either hard-code a template with all
the possible labels or pull from the framework tag descriptions--which would
make them untranslatable.
