Please check the failing tests because of this patches:

t/db_dependent/Acquisition/CancelReceipt.t
t/db_dependent/Acquisition/Invoices.t
t/db_dependent/Acquisition/TransferOrder.t

Probably problem with tests sample data, but cannot check/fix right now.
