Hi Jonathan,

sorry, I found some small issues:

1) the ISSN and Issue number column descriptions are switched
2) there are 2 tabs hiding in claims.tt according to the qa script
3) the <order> tags are not removed when generating the email, I used the
suggested claim notice template:

  The following issues are in late:
<order><<biblio.title>>, <<biblio.author>> (<<biblio.serial>>)</order>

The result email for the 2 claimed issues looks like this:

  The following issues are in late:
<order>Some serial title...</order>
<order>Some serial title...</order>
