If you use a plugin that requires variables you can't input text with
diacriticals.

Example:
1. Install Kitchen sink plugin (http://bywatersolutions.com/koha-plugins/)
2. Configure plugin, input a text with diacriticals in "Parameter 'bar'", for
example: "catálogo".
3. Save configuration.
4. No open again configure. The text after the diacritial has disappeared. In
the example: "cat" instead of "catálogo".
