Hi Magnus, 

I sat with Tomas and we noticed that you might have a typoe in the version
number here:

+    'Digest::SHA' => {
+        'usage'    => 'Norwegian national library card',
+        'required' => '0',
+        'min_ver'  => '5.84_01',
+    },

Also, we might have to get Convert:BaseN packaged (also Test::DBIX::Class for
this and Shibboleth)
