Owen Leonard and Marcel de Rooy agree with my understanding of adding system
preferences, as far as I can tell. I'm going to mark this Failed QA.

Also, could you give me an ISBN of something that should work with your patch?
Or perhaps a Coce server? I'd include that in your test plan.
