Nick Clemens tested patch 2. For him it was working, except the issue raised in
comment 39.
So he did not sign it off, and I wrote a follow-up, which is the 3rd patch. 

I'm not completely sure of that, but I think the ability to index a group of
subfields in the same index could be usefull for other MARC fields, and not
only for UNIMARC.
