The web installer login template has markup for handling the same kinds of
errors the regular login template does (nopermission, timed_out, different_ip,
wrongip, invalid_username_or_password) but the script doesn't seem to be
written to handle those errors.

For instance: Submitting the wrong username and password doesn't result in an
error message. The page simply reloads.
