More comments:
* version 6.0 is mandated in the dependencies. That's in no Debian release at
all right now. We need to ensure it can work on wheezy.
* the httpd conf stuff hasn't been updated in the packages.
* the code is woefully underdocumented, some new files having exactly zero
comments at all, let alone POD and copyright headers.

Now to start looking into getting it actually running...
