Bug 13813 - Remove superfluous use 'C4::Dates' from opac/opac-search-history.pl

To test:

Apply patch
Verify that C4::Dates is not used in code
Go to ome > Tools > Logs
Display logs with from and to dates
Verify that search range behaves as expected.

(Note: In table 'XXXX lines found', date and time always appear as timestamp as
before)
