Hi Katrin,

Following your advice, I changed a few things from the previous patches:

    * the double fields are now decimals
    * the method description now has PF with a short description.
    * a new patch now changes the database structure (atomicupdate + kohastruct
+ schema)

FWIW, the failing test you mentioned also fails on the current master. I
believe this is out of the scope of these patches.
