[Signed-off] Bug 5685: Add missing about information

In comment #20, Katrin requested the about page be updated
to reflect the addition of a jquery plugin.

TEST PLAN
---------
1) Apply all patches
2) Log in to Staff Client
3) Home -> About Koha -> Licenses
   -- jQuery Validation Plugin is now listed nicely.
4) Run koha qa test tools

License appears as expected, qa OK
