+1 for this bug. 

I ran into this situation this evening: 

201 imported records (last was {last patron info})
1079 overwritten (last was {last patron info})
0 not imported because already in borrowers table and overwrite disabled
4 not imported because they are not in the expected format (last was {last
patron info})
1284 records parsed

What were the 4 that weren't overwritten/loaded?
