I saw something like this, if you looked in the log it would say 

label-create-pdf.pl: Increasing $Text::Wrap::columns from 0 to 2 at
/usr/share/koha/lib/C4/Labels/Label.pm line 442,

Decreasing the left text margin to 0 seemed to fix it.
