I've put a more permanent version at
http://browse.koha.catalystdemo.net.nz/cgi-bin/koha/opac-browse.pl

It's sharing a database (though not an ES index) with the elasticsearch demo,
though I've cherrypicked the schema changes over to prevent things getting too
weird.
