[SIGNED-OFF] Bug 15213 - fix buttons on patron lists

To test:
go to tools -> patron lists
notice that the buttons are not misaligned anymore

You may need to force refresh the page to see the original issue, and to see it
fixed.

I can reproduce the problem in Chromium and the patch fixes it. No
adverse effects in Firefox.
