Regarding intranet-tmpl/prog/en/modules/circ/branchtransfers.tt

Line 113:

<li>You cannot transfer items of [% errmsgloo.codeType %] <b>[% errmsgloo.code
%]</b> to <b>[% errmsgloo.tbr %]</b></li>

Here it would help to remove the <b> tags. Pootle would then display a string
as follows:
You cannot transfer items from %s to %s
