In trying to set up a test server with Plack (on Ubuntu 15.10 given that 14.04
doesn't have Apache 2.4.10), koha is uninstallable. The package
apache2-mpm-itk, has been removed.

Yes, Debian may still work for the next year or more, but without a fix Koha
will be broken on the next Ubuntu LTS (16.04) this April. 

Not supporting Ubuntu would certainly be a serious problem.

Perhaps this might suggest an expedited fix.
