1/ Please double check when you fix conflict on rebasing.
You are duplicating lines.
See use statements in t/db_dependent/HoldsQueue.t

2/ I think we could avoid the NO_CACHE env variable, which is not really
meaningful and is only used once, for tests.
It seems more suitable to clear the cache from the tests, don't you think?
