[Koha-bugs] [Bug 15393] I have encountered some bugs while using KOHA. When two or more people are create and send batches at the same time, they get mixed up because they were all using the same batch number at the time but on different computers. How can this error be rectifie

Hi Moses, 

This is actually fixed in a later version of Koha by bug 14739.  3.14 is no
longer maintained so I would recommend upgrading to a more recent version of
Koha in order to receive this patch.
