In response to Frédéric's comment on bug 15206
(http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=15206#c33) I wanted
to see what could be done to handle translation of plural in Koha.
This is my attempt to manage translation in both Perl code and templates
