Tested with both patches applied after running into the FastMmap issue again.
This seems to work fine, but there is a small discrepancy to the test plan:

>3) Do not include UID in the sharefile name (it will be constructed
>using namespace + database name + database host instead).

My files were created in:

/tmp/sharefile-koha-koha-localhost-koha

So it looks like the UID is still present?
