Bug 11062: Update DB entry

3 new DB field:
aqbooksellers.invoiceincgst
aqbooksellers.shipping_tax_rate
aqinvoices.shipping_tax_rate

1 DB field renamed
aqinvoices.shipmentcost => aqinvoices.shipping
