This would be very useful, e.g. for managing newsletters.

I think we should have two settings in /cgi-bin/koha/admin/patron-attr-types.pl

- Viewable but not not editable:
Display in OPAC: [] Check to display this attribute on a patron's details page
in the OPAC. 

- Viewable and editable:
Edit in OPAC: [] Check to display and allow to edit this attribute on a
patron's details page in the OPAC.
