Confirmed. This is an annoying interaction with the "strip non-local items"
option. Going to have to think about how this should work for a minute.

Confirmed. Turns out it was something that differed from using the database
user vs. a real one, but it should behave like the old version which is to
select "all" by default.

Haven't looked at the other things yet.
