I think this does not apply to the current acq workflow.

The shipping cost can only be entered when you receive an item - the 'spent'
page shows it then at the bottom of the page, so the totals are correct.

The example on Nicole's screenshot is from the ordered page, but there is no
option to have shipping cost for ordered items currently.

Please reopen, if I misunderstood.
