I setup acq to test this patch.
I use a 'FILE' edi account.

When I try to close the basket and create the request I see

Software error:
Can't call method "branchcode" on an undefined value at
/home/koha/test_edi/Koha/Edifact/Order.pm line 374.

Generaly speaking I think we need more details on how to do test of this
feature.
For example:
-- EAN/SAN, names for budgets, funds and vendors
-- files of different types
-- ect.

I run those tests, but I think it is not enough to sign-off:

prove Ediorder.t: OK
prove EdiInvoice.t: OK
prove Edifact.t: OK
