Yes, I get the point (at least substantially :)
That 3.X could mean 3.2 or 3.12 or 3.20 is imo not too hard. The X just says: A
subversion of 3.
The TM/RMt is indeed quite cryptical. Will add a followup for that.

If you do not know how long you are doing something, well...
Not sure if about is the right place to document that. I would refer to the
wiki roles for [version]-pages.
