To trigger warns:
1) Go to circulation
2) Go to Holds awaiting pickup
3) Click on any item title that has a hold (doesn't matter which library or if
under 'waiting' tab or 'over' tab)
4) Will take you to a link like this -->
http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/catalogue/detail.pl?biblionumber=91094
5) Click 'Place a hold' button or 'Holds' tab. Notice warns

NB: I think the warns are only triggered by items with holds that have a
'waiting' priority so best to go through Holds awaiting pickup - less likely to
find an item that will trigger these warns just by going through catalog search
